In the future, *anyone* who pays hush money to a porn star in violation of federal election law and then tries to cover his tracks by illegally disguising the payment in his business records will perhaps feel the long arm of the law on his shoulder. I shudder to think of the consequences of stepping onto that slippery slope.
Also, considering the 'rapid reaction' of Republicans, such as Senator Lindsey Graham, who did a pretty credible Oral Roberts impersonation while shilling for defense dollars for the Donald on Fox / Hannity:
