If it’s confirmed, it was only confirmed by the Israeli government.

It it’s confirmed by the media, it’s Israeli media.

If it’s confirmed by non-Israeli media, there aren’t any witnesses.

If there are witnesses, there aren’t any photos.

If there are photos, they were faked.

If the photos weren’t faked, they don’t show the babies were murdered.

If the photos show the babies were murdered, you have no proof they’re Israeli.

If you have proof the babies were Israeli, they’re legitimate military targets under international law.

If they aren’t legitimate military targets under international law, throw a penny on the ground in front of your opponent.
