How Joe Biden pardoning his son helps "normalize" Donald Trump.
Ever since the news broke that President Biden has issued a wide-ranging pardon to his son Hunter, you’ll be shocked to know the response I’ve seen on the dueling microblogging apps has been very different.
On the old one, the people who yawned when Donald Trump announced that his son-in-law’s convicted felon father will be his ambassador to France are expressing their monocle-popping outrage!!!!!! about Biden’s shocking, unrepentant corruption.
And on the new one, the people who’ve long denounced any talk of a Hunter Biden pardon as fearmongering and slander are doing the painful but necessary work of dislodging all 256 bones in their bodies so they can contort themselves into defending the Hunter Biden pardon.
What are the odds of that?
