Morning, everyone
I'm going to find a good corner for selling apples and pencils, and beat the rush.
When I got a bunch of notifications just after 9:30AM Eastern, I know it was going to be bad.
Thankfully, this isn’t even close to my entire portfolio, and I don’t have too much money wrapped up in most of these. (For Lordstown and Nikola, both extremely troubled electric truck manufacturers, I literally just threw in a few bucks through Wealthsimple and treated them like lottery tickets. The latter says it has started delivering a small trickle of vehicles, so who knows?)
Also, I’m old but not that old, so I have quite some time before I can cash out my RRSP (the Canadian 401(k), more or less). This might be time to look for bargains.
So, I’m in no financial trouble at all and everything is going great. Also, would you be interested in being your own boss and selling great products directly to the consumer? No, it’s not a pyramid scheme, it’s “network marketing.”
