After years of losing, Trump accuses his opponents of being losers.

Fresh off his big win in an Iowa caucuses which saw fewer Republicans voting than in 2008, Donald Trump took a break from embarrassing himself in the courtroom to warn voters that Nikki Haley will not just lose to Joe Biden, she'll also cost Republicans the Senate.
He also savaged Haley for telling Access Hollywood host Billy Bush that she liked to grab women by the…anyway, let’s move on.
Haley actually clapped back at Trump, since the one thing for which Republicans are allowed to criticize Trump is his alleged electability.
…even though they’re simultaneously required to believe the 2020 election was stolen from him by a deep-state cabal which Trump failed miserably in removing from power despite four years in the White House but for which he needs another term to really get the job done.
With remaining GOP primary debates now cancelled, after Haley (not unreasonably) decided there was no point participating if Trump wouldn’t be involved, there goes any chance of a moderator asking her or Ron DeSantis why anyone should support them for the nomination, since apparently Trump has never done anything wrong and was cruelly cheated out of his re-election by dark forces who really hold all the levers of power.
Maybe we’ll get answers from their memoirs a few years from now. But not while there’s still a hardcore MAGA Republican base they’re desperately trying not to offend.
And the MAGA cultists apparently make up much more of the Republican electorate than ever before. But that’s partly because the GOP is a much smaller tent than it was in 2016.
